Construction

Three piece construction consisting of composite lens frame assembly, composite insertion-sleeve and CERAMIC housing which acts as efficient heat sink for the LED module, and is impervious to water, salt, soil contaminants, and temperature changes.   All fasteners are marine grade 316 stainless steel. Gaskets are one-piece molded silicone.   Lens Frame is carbon fiber reinforced injection molded LEXAN polycarbonate, impervious to chemicals found in architectural or landscape applications.   The bronze color finish is homogenous throughout the part.   316 Stainless Steel and Silicone Bronze lens frames are available upon request.

LEDs

Bridgelux Gen 7 Vero 10 COB directly mounted to the ceramic heat sink. COB is available in 2,700K, 3,000K and 4,000K / CRI 80 or CRI 90 version. Power connection is made through an on-board Molex connector. COB is easily replaceable.

Driver

On-board MeanWell DC-to-DC converter supplies the COB with the exact amperage (300mA), and provides visible voltage drop free installations. Converter is easily replaceable.

Optics

High-purity anodized aluminum reflector with a 75° beam spread. Optional: other reflector beam spreads available upon request.

Lens

The flush lens is 10mm (7/16”) thick low iron content, ultra high transmission tempered glass, which doesn’t alter the color of the light.

Electrical

Power is provided by a remote 12V, 24V, 30V or 36V constant voltage DC driver (order separately).   A 2’ low voltage pig tail and DryConn splice connector supplied with every fixture.   This insure easy connections and removal of luminaire for servicing if ever required.   The luminaire does NOT need to be opened by the installer.

Listings and Ratings

ETL listed.   Tested to IESNA LM-79-08 and LM-80 test standards at 25° C ambient. IES files are available.   All accessible parts are “safe-to-touch” during operation for reduced liability in public spaces.

Warranty

5 Year Limited LED Luminaire Warranty to the original purchaser that the luminaire shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for up to five (5) years from date of shipment when installed and operated according to manufacturer’s instructions.
