Construction

Anodized extruded aluminum housing with injection molded carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate end-caps.  Internal connection and gear chamber. Hinged extruded aluminum access panel for easy access to connections and drivers.
Extruded aluminum heat-sinks for efficient thermal management.
The rotationally adjustable devices are made of high service temperature engineered plastics.
Stainless steel fasteners.  Stainless steel eye bolts for cable or chain suspension. Optional conduit suspension kit.  Schlemmer cable gland.

LEDs

Bridgelux Gen 7 Vero 13 COBs available in 4,000K and 5,000K / CRI 80. Other color temperatures available upon request.  Power connection is made through on-board connectors.

Driver

For 110-277V, 50/60Hz input. Internally located, two driver configuration. Single driver failure affects only half of the COBs.
Drivers are replaceable from below through the access opening.

Optics

Various 50mm diameter asymmetrical clear non-yellowing PMMA optics made of UL F1 rated resin. Proprietary optics, and Ledil “Ronda” series optics.

Electrical

Universal, 110-277V, 50/60Hz input. A 1m (3’) pigtail is provided with each fixture for easy Installation. The luminaire does NOT need to be opened by the installer.

Adjusting Device

The rotationally adjustable optic-holder is 360 degrees adjustable in 6 degree increments.
Bi-directional adjustment clockwise (+) and counter clockwise (-).
The adjustment is tool-less and it is position retaining.
Easy to reference calibrating markers make the in-plant or in-the-field adjustment simple and easy to duplicate on multiple fixtures.
Red labels on the adjusting bezel alphabetically designate individual devices (A-I in 8 light models, and A-L in 12 light models).
Silver labels on the adjusting bezel designate which driver the particular COB is powered by for fast diagnostics.

Maintenance

COBs are replaceable from below without the need for uninstalling the fixture.
The driving power-supply’s number is designated on every Adjusting Device’s bezel to simplify fixture diagnostics.
Access panel swings opens by removing two screws, however the panel remains hinged to the housing.

Controls

The integration of various sensors and controls is available upon request.

Warranty

Limited LED Luminaire Warranty, that the luminaire shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for up to five (5) years from the date of shipment when installed and operated according to the manufacturer’s instructions is extended to the original purchaser.
